· Provides immediate attention to all members and guests upon arrival
· Have full knowledge of the menu, specials, wine menu and alcoholic beverages and suggest and describe them to members and guests.
· Preparation of the beverages as well as coffee/tea orders for the restaurant.
· Promote brand awareness, positive product impressions, customer loyalty and increased sales
· Effective communication of brand and standards through stories
· Coordinates food service of the bar area involving communication between kitchen and service staff.
· Inspects glassware and utensils for proper appearance.
· Inspects bar/coffee area to ensure proper maintenance of a clean and orderly area.
· Assures that pre-opening & closing cleaning and set-up/break-down tasks are completed in an efficient manner.
· Comply with established Company rules and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
· Strong customer service background

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
· Able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the store, including nights and weekends as required
