Visit us at to learn more. Global Real Estate and Agricultural Finance maintain a portfolio invested in commercial real estate and agricultural mortgages, as well as real estate equities. MetLife's Agricultural Finance group is one of the largest agricultural mortgage lenders in North America. Agricultural Finance sources agricultural real estate investments through five regional field offices in the U.S. and consulting offices in Mexico and Brazil. The Reporting Analyst position plays a critical role in the Agricultural Finance organization. Key Responsibilities: Provide regular origination and portfolio updates to the leadership team. Assist in the creation and reporting of agricultural portfolio metrics. Support portfolio management team in delivering key reports and presentations to clients. Partner with regional office network to generate ad hoc requests. Create presentations for the Agricultural Strategies Group (ASG). Develop relationships with key contacts through both verbal and written communication. Help maintain and enhance information gathering systems; assist in developing and testing system enhancements; assist regional offices in understanding system processes. Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills: Required: Ability to problem solve, prioritize, and work well in a fast-paced environment. Advanced analytical and organizational skills to manage several projects concurrently. Excellent PC skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience. Prior finance or real estate related work experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated interest in agricultural finance career through academic or industry experience. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field. Experience with Power BI or other business analytics software.
