Account Support Associate

Job Description:We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Support Associate to join our team at Dr Pepper Snapple Group in Phoenix, Arizona. The Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing support to the account management team, assisting with various administrative tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Assist account managers with day-to-day tasks such as order processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries- Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns they may have- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall customer experience- Prepare reports and analyze data to support account management activities- Assist with the coordination of promotional events and activities- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to the team

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field- 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred but not required- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks- Resilient and independent, able to work well under pressure- Adaptability and persuasion skills to effectively handle various customer interactions
