JOB SUMMARY
This position will assist in managing field projects at all ONEOK underground storage facilities on both NGL and NGP. Oversight includes ensuring that all plans and procedures are followed and work is conducted safely and efficiently and documented appropriately. The location is flexible as the selected candidate will be spending a significant amount of time out in the field and could report to a storage facility location or the Plaza (Tulsa, OK). Job Profile Summary
Responsible for leading in monitoring and managing well related projects in the field from initiation through completion. Development of subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management. Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, constructability, schedule and cost. Support internal and external resources and communicate throughout the company as well as with external vendors, contractors and customers. Evaluate and develop project execution processes. This position will be responsible for all phases and implementations of various levels of projects. Works under broad supervision.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Provide guidance, training and/or coaching to various levels of project coordinators; assist with determining work priorities and monitoring project execution Develop the skills and knowledge of associate and intermediate project coordinators Evaluate team capabilities and schedule project coordination resources to meet the business needs Develop and maintain processes for project execution and record keeping activities related to underground storage well work Ensure processes are in place to execute on the project vision, obtaining necessary resources to handle projects including the hiring of, contractors, vendors and purchasing of necessary equipment through the established processes Ensure established processes and environmental conditions comply with local and national agencies Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the development of processes utilized in construction execution Responsible for safety and ONEOK procedure adherence during well related field activities. Contribute to execution of engineering services, scope definition, estimating, construction strategies, scheduling, design, preparation of bid instructions and bidding, procurement, construction, record keeping, right-of-way and environmental activities Establish and maintain processes to support the development, implementation and management of project plans which include cost estimates, contract strategies, engineering design, construction, quality assurance, commissioning and project closure to complete projects on-time and on-budget with satisfactory quality Identify optimal project solutions that maximize the economic value of the project over the life of the project within budgetary and resource constraints Evaluate project execution and identify opportunities for improvement. Seek opportunities for different and innovative approaches for project completion and communicate to project leadership Coordinate with corporate personnel, public officials, contractors, customers and civic organizations on issues including general construction activities, public projects and project scheduling Provide technical assistance to management, governmental and regulatory agencies, company attorneys and industry groups on matters related to projects, operations, policies, construction procedures, contracts, material selection, governmental/regulatory rules and regulations Responsible for the development and implementation of processes related to the compilation of all well work related documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy and submission as per the company's documentation expectations Must show a consistent ability to meet project deadlines Education

This level is typically attained with 5+ experience with and knowledge of operations for well workovers, wireline work, drilling and plugging operations. Experience with all phases of project management including scoping, estimating, identifying specifications, scheduling, negotiating service contracts, executing contracts, procuring materials, managing construction, commissioning and startup, budgeting, conducting financial analyses and ensuring regulatory compliance Experience with project management productivity tools and software Experience in coordinating teams from various workgroups, managing relationships with internal and external contacts and eliciting cooperation from all resources Experience developing information and making presentations to groups and individuals Experience identifying, researching, evaluating and prioritizing problems and situations; provide recommendations for appropriate actions to take and/or alternatives Experience researching, composing, preparing and administering contracts, engineering studies, policies, procedures, reports and technical correspondence Experience reading and interpreting governmental regulations, codes, manuals, policies, procedures, contracts, specifications and various reports and correspondence Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
