Responsibilities
• Lead and steer projects related to the provider• Conduct monthly and quarterly evaluations of provider performance• Report nonconformances and define escalation process for repetitive issues• Provide recommendations for operational improvements• Collaborate actively with transportation service providers and process partners• Ensure process standardization and establish performance targets• Perform other assigned tasks
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field OR 4+ years of experience• 5+ years of professional experience managing logistics service provider/supplier contract compliance and/or supply chain management• Proven problem-solving skills• 3+ years of project management, predictive analytics, statistical risk analysis, and transportation scheduling experience• 3+ years of communication skills (oral and written)• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
