Stock Clerk

IMMEDIATE job opportunity for a driven individual who has a proven track record of performance and desire to work for a well-established organization. We are looking for an experienced Stock Clerk for a great international manufacturing company located in Costa Mesa, CA.  Duties and Responsibilities of Stock Clerk: Selects, counts, weigh-counts and delivers materials to the various manufacturing areas and the Shipping Department in accordance with material requisitions.Checks parts for identification number and description for storage and material selection.Writes shortage requisitions.Prepares stock area and assists in taking cycle-counts and physical inventories.Assists in entering basic computerized data.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities of Stock Clerk: Some knowledge of safe equipment operating procedures and work practices.Knowledge of basic math.May require the ability to operate forklifts, computers, and weigh-counting scales safely and efficiently, following safety regulations and procedures, as applicable.Ability to read and interpret work orders and material specifications and complete shortage requisitions and basic inventory records. Compensation of Stock Clerk: Pay rate range is $17.00 - $20.00 hr./ (the about company is willing to negotiate pay depending on experience)VITESSE 30 Corporate Park, Suite 106, Irvine, CA 92606.
