Special Education Teacher

About the Role:
As a Special Education Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating a supportive learning environment that fosters academic achievement and personal growth for students with autism. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing specialized instruction to a caseload of 2 autistic students
Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement individualized education plans
Conducting on-site sessions for 2-4 hours per week
Fulfilling school-based Special Education Teacher duties with enthusiasm and dedication
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Education (required), Master's Degree in Special Education (preferred)
Specific State Certification in Special Education (preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in special education
Proven knowledge of student characteristics related to autism spectrum disorders and other special education disabilities
