Responsibilities
• Replenish items in rooms for guest use• Accommodate and anticipate guests needs• Thoroughly clean the guest room and bathroom area• Report any maintenance needs or items left behind from the guest• Become familiar and knowledgeable with the hotel's safety and emergency procedures
Requirements
• Ability to lift, push, pull more than 10 lbs.• Ability to stand for long periods of time• Flexible schedule• Detail-orientated individual• Ability to maintain a composed, gracious, and professional attitude• Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
