Remote Client Service Officer

State Street Corp. is seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional client service remotely, through various communication channels including phone, email, and video conferencing- Manage client accounts and ensure all client needs and requests are met in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and retention- Assist with project management and implementation of new client initiatives- Deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders as needed- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to provide clients with the most relevant and valuable information

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field- Strong communication and presentation skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively- Experience in project management is a plus- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on client satisfaction
