Remote Chat Support Assistant

Host Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Seattle, Washington, US. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are confident, reliable, and possess strong communication and planning skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide chat support to customers through various online platforms- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem-solving- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely responses- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support experience- Utilize software tools to track and document customer interactions and issue resolutions- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong planning and organizational abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and software tools- Comfortable with remote work and flexible hours- High school diploma or equivalent required- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
