Job Description:
Caterpillar is seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, ideal for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our call center operations from a remote location.
Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.2. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.3. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.4. Assist call center team with administrative tasks as needed.5. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:1. Resilient and motivated individual with a positive attitude.2. Strong decision-making skills and ability to think creatively to solve problems.3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience using call center software.6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
