About the job The main purpose of the role is to ensure that customer expectations and contractual quality requirements are met, aiming to reduce product defectiveness and non-quality costs. Responsibilities include promoting continuous improvement, managing customer interfaces, executing audits, analyzing quality issues, and coordinating closure actions.

Your tasks Ensure customer expectations and contractual quality requirements are consistently met across all project phases.Drive continuous improvement processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.Manage interfaces with customers to address quality concerns effectively.Ensure compliance with all contractual quality requirements.Participate in measuring customer satisfaction, engaging with clients on specific projects as necessary.Conduct internal and external audits on projects.Develop and implement improvement action plans based on customer satisfaction feedback.Analyze, escalate, and manage critical quality issues in processes, products, and systems delivered to customers.Monitor and address project-related non-conformities, ensuring timely corrective actions.Coordinate non-conformity closure with relevant quality units.Demonstrate fulfillment of customer quality requirements, providing evidence to stakeholders.Facilitate follow-up throughout the project lifecycle to maintain expected quality standards from bidding to service contract completion.Support and promote best practices within the HS Division.Provide Project Quality Assurance elements to contribute to formulating the Global Quality Strategy.Ensure customer satisfaction with quality performance.Analyze customer reports, identify priorities, and formulate action plans accordingly. Knowledge, skills and abilities Highly analytical with adept problem-solving skills, and ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.Customer-service oriented and understanding of contractual quality requirements.Proficient in root cause analysis tools such as 8D, 5Ws, Ishikawa; Six Sigma.Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 (latest edition) and proficient in Office tools. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in engineering (3 or 5 years) or equivalent technical background2-3 years relevant experience in industrial environments.
