Project Manager

Job summary
We're hiring a Project Manager at Absolute Group.Ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote and sell new projects.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Outline tasks involved in the project and delegate accordingly.• Prepare and implement a budget based on estimates.• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigations.• Approve timecards, invoices, and payables.• Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.• Act as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.• Communicate and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and specifications.• Track quantity and produce invoices.• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related field.• Valid Driver's License and clear driving record.• At least three years of related work experience.• Complete understanding of job task sequencing and scheduling.• Knowledge of labor rates and material costs.• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.• Demonstrated understanding of the design/build process.
