Production Technician I - Production Line Operator Bottling 4:00AM-2:30PM M-Thurs (Four tens!) $22/hr Preston, WA Temp-to-Hire after 520 hours Job Summary: We are looking for a Production Line Operator Bottling for a Food and Beverage company in Preston, WA ! As a Production Technician , you will play a crucial role in the production of our flavorful brands, including Sparkling water. You will operate production packaging equipment , ensuring safety and performing quality checks. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our positive plant culture and see your hard work come to life.
Job Specifications: - Job Type: Temp-to-hire - Pay Rate: $22 per hour - Shift: 1st Shift (4 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Thursday) - Dress Code: Nice jeans, long-sleeved shirts, closed-toe shoes Roles and Responsibilities: Safely operate production packaging equipment, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and troubleshooting basic issues.
Perform package changeovers and down stack pallets of product in a safe manner.
Ensure the accuracy and availability of raw materials to avoid downtime.
Complete all quality and operational paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Inspect packages for quality and report any issues to the appropriate supervisor.
Collaborate with other teams in the plant, including warehouse, production, QA, and maintenance.
Maintain food safety, quality, and SQF practices at all times.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in the food production industry.
Fluent in English, with the ability to read instructions carefully.
Willingness to accommodate overtime, work other shifts, and weekends as needed.
Physical ability to stand for approximately 95% of the time.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
