Responsibilities
• Dedicated support for Appetizer pilot line program• Build pilot line capability for strategic initiatives• Assist with commercialization and plant hand-offs• Provide detailed summaries and data• Support Food Safety programs and pilot line scale tests• Take on NV/ST projects and support potato innovation projects• Generate Manufacturing Manuals and collaborate with Technical Team• Travel up to 25% as needed• Work in a high-paced manufacturing environment
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering focusing on Food Science or related fields• Minimum 2+ years Process Engineering experience• Working statistical knowledge• Proficiency in systems like SAP, Infinity Proficient, OSI Pi, JMP/Stats• Exceptional verbal/written skills• Excellent collaboration with external partners• Ability to function in a high-paced environment• Ability to work in a Manufacturing environment
