Responsibilities
• Run the sales floor and create a fun environment for customers and team• Ensure GIFT service is delivered to all customers• Motivate and inspire the team through coaching and feedback• Keep the store looking new through merchandise displays and decision making• Support the Store Manager in the Division of Responsibility Program• Maintain a safe shopping experience and prevent product loss• Practice teamwork by helping other team members• Communicate effectively with supervisor and store team• Resolve conflicts and appreciate the strengths of others• Hold self-accountable for results and comply with priorities and directives
Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years old• Flexible availability preferred• Able to walk and stand for up to 8 hours• Able to carry and lift boxes up to 40 lbs• Comfortable with climbing, balancing, kneeling, squatting, and reaching• Effective communication skills• Ability to work cross-functionally and resolve conflicts• Self-accountability for high-quality, timely results• Solution-oriented mindset• People-centric with strong listening skills• Proactive in seeking development opportunities• Results-driven with high standards• Demonstrate excitement for new ideas and personal growth
