Job Description:

Amphenol, a leading global provider of high-performance interconnect systems, is seeking a motivated and passionate Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate level position, the Online Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally through online channels.2. Provide accurate information and solutions to customer concerns, striving to exceed customer expectations.3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate complex issues as necessary.4. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the contact center system.5. Assist with special projects and initiatives related to improving the online customer experience.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Strong attention to detail and excellent planning skills.3. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with online customer service platforms.6. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
