Job Description:

Travelers Cos. is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our online contact center and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of online customer service representatives to ensure that all inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience and increase customer satisfaction- Monitor key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the contact center- Work closely with other departments to address customer issues and continually improve processes- Provide leadership and support to team members, including coaching and training as needed- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market

Requirements:- At least 5 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment- Strong communication and leadership skills- Driven and motivated personality traits- Ability to negotiate and problem-solve effectively- Experience with online customer service platforms and tools- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
