If you believe in human connection, kindness, and compassion, Arosa is eager to speak to you. Essential Functions: Performs on-call services to ensure availability for concerns after business hours. Inputs, confirms, and verifies schedules, ensuring all open shifts are staffed all while ensuring accurate payroll and billing for all shifts. Communicate with clients and/or families when there is a schedule change, and when necessary, communicate with the appropriate office team member  Communicate expectations with care professionals by providing an overview of the level of care/activities/duties each client requires. Properly document all conversations and act as frontline for incidents and workers' compensation issues after hours, and understand the process to ensure compliance promptly. Knowledge and Skill Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required.  Previous experience in customer service or staffing preferred. Positive attitude with a team player mindset Detail-oriented while being able to multitask and stay organized.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required as well as being empathetic and a good listener..
