OverviewWe think about our Inside Sales Representative program differently than that of most SDR programs. By having marketing automate a lot of the cold outbounding, reps can focus on real conversations with high-level prospects rather than spend hours trying to get a hold of them. Each rep is able to set more than 80 demos/month (@ ~45% conversion to opportunities)You will:Qualify and convert a high volume of marketing leads into sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account ExecutivesPartner with marketing to provide immediate campaign feedback and input on future campaign strategyMaster tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and Cognism to maximise productivityDevelop extensive product knowledge to provide detailed insight to prospectsAchieve and push the limits of your quota, territory revenue, and growth objectivesYou have:Excellent written & verbal communication skillsBilingual - Fluent English & Native Swedish is preferred.High energy, you're passionate, and you enjoy being challengedThe ability to adapt in a fast paced sales organisation - you're a self starterAmbitions to be a top sales repPrevious experience in B2B sales at the enterprise level (ideally)Perks & BenefitsGenerous company paid medical & dental insurance coverageFertility benefits Wellness allowance  Monthly commuter benefitsKitchen filled with drinks and snacks & daily food allowance when working from the office
