Marketing/Recruiting Coordinator

Job Description: Tennessee State University Center of Excellence Learning Sciences invites applications for the position of Marketing/Recruiting Coordinator – TECTA .
This position is responsible for the program's marketing and communications strategies and
the program's overall branding and image.
Responsibilities : Works in collaboration with members of TECTA management to ensure consistent messaging across TECTA programs Prepares annual marketing plans and create calendar of campaigns and events Provides evaluations of progress toward recruitment goals Assists TECTA Program Director in reporting TECTA program related data and statistics Makes presentations at local and state professional conferences and meetings Skills and Abilities
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to organize tasks, prioritize/reprioritize, review, and monitor systems efficiently to provide reports and deliver feedback effectively
Ability to handle multiple large-scale projects at one time and meet firm deadlines
Ability to communicate with statewide partners and other agencies
