Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and dedicated Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Fifth Third Bancorp. This position offers remote work opportunities and is part-time in nature. As an Associate level employee, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live chat to provide excellent customer service and support- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on banking products and services- Utilize critical thinking and persuasion skills to recommend appropriate solutions to customers- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet established performance metrics for customer satisfaction and resolution times

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred- 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively- Confidence in engaging with customers and providing support remotely- Dedication to providing exceptional service and resolving customer issues- Ability to think critically and make recommendations based on customer needs- Proficiency in using live chat software and other relevant tools
