Litigation Attorney Practice areas: Commercial motor vehicle, product liability, general and casualty liability, aviation law, mass tort and environmental litigation, insurance coverage, construction litigation
Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Litigation Attorneys to join our team. The ideal candidates will have 2-10 years of experience in general and/or commercial litigation.
Key Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of litigation matters, including case strategy, discovery, motions practice, and trial preparation. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members. Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as necessary. Earning Potential: - Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $155,000, plus productivity bonus, generation bonus, and merit bonus to maximize income. Salary is dependent upon experience and may exceed the stated range.
