Job summary
Coordinate activities and provide assistance to end-usersEnsure optimal service deliveryOnsite/on-call support

Responsibilities
• Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues• Answer client questions in a professional manner• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within the established service level agreement• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot various software and applications• Complete real-time reporting of all calls• Follow established policies, guidelines, and documents• Ensure control of assets and inventory• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents
Requirements
• Analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills• Experience with Windows 7, Windows 10, and Microsoft Office• Ability to communicate technical issues with clients• Ability to drive to client locations• Ability to perform maintenance and repairs on computers and peripherals• Familiarity with Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices, and Telecoms• Knowledge of Active Directory and mobile device management• Willingness to work off-hours and weekends when required• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional certification• 1-2 years of relevant experience• Ready to travel 10-20 Miles as per the requirement
