Position: Inbound Marketing Specialist

We are in search of a talented and experienced Inbound Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, this role presents an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a proven track record in driving inbound traffic and generating quality leads within the 3PL/Logistics sector.
Role Overview:
As an Inbound Marketing Specialist, you will spearhead the development and execution of inbound marketing strategies to attract qualified traffic and leads to our digital platforms. Your expertise in inbound marketing principles and your ability to create high-velocity lead generation systems tailored to the logistics industry will be pivotal in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies to drive qualified traffic and leads.
Identify and prioritize strategic sources for inbound traffic based on industry trends and past performance.
Create and optimize content assets across various channels to engage target audiences.
Utilize SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Evaluation Period:
The first 90 days of your tenure will serve as an assessment period to evaluate your leadership qualities, including:
Upholding the corporate vision within the sales department.
Commitment to core values and guiding the team accordingly.
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and process orientation.
Establishing quarterly goals for team members and fostering problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
Experience in inbound marketing or digital marketing within the logistics industry.
Proven success in creating and delivering lead generation systems specific to logistics.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strategic mindset and self-motivation with a results-oriented approach.
Additional Components:
Active participation in weekly Sales L10 meetings.
Maintenance of client data in our CRM system.
Participation in EOS meetings and strategic planning.
Building collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
Adaptation of sales tactics in response to market conditions.
Compensation: To be negotiated based on performance history.
