The Human Resource Generalist (HR Generalist) will be responsible for running the daily operations of the of the HR department including extending offers, facilitating onboarding, benefit and leave administration, policy implementation, and compliance. The HR Generalist will be the primary point of contact for any HR-related or employee relations inquiries or concerns. As applies to HR functions and operations, the HR Generalist will take a lead role in formulating methods to improve policies, processes, and practices.

What You'll Do: Maintain pay plan and benefits program Ensures legal compliance throughout HR management Ensures all company HR policies are applied consistently and all managers and employees are held accountable Maintains HR systems and processes Manages Background and Drug Screen processes Creates and leads HR-related trainings for managers and employees Creates and maintains all Job Postings Extends all offers and partners with Talent to ensure timely communication with candidates What You'll Bring: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or relevant field 1 – 5+ years' experience in Human Resource functions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate High ethical standards Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.) Proficiency with or the ability to learn the organization's HRIS system Pacific Bath requires all candidates to have a valid Driver's License.
