DAY-TO-DAY As our Hotel Operations General Manager, you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations. From managing staff and ensuring exceptional guest experiences to overseeing budgets and financial reports, you play a key role in ensuring that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your schedule typically consists of Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, but there is some flexibility in this. Your day-to-day responsibilities are varied and challenging, but also highly rewarding as you work to help our hotel reach new heights of success!
REQUIREMENTS As our Hotel Operations General Manager, you manage staff, oversee budgets, and ensure that our guests receive the highest levels of hospitality during their stay. To be successful, you'll need previous management experience, preferably in hotels.
