Responsibilities
• Assist Engineering with prototype assembly, rework, testing and troubleshooting• Use engineering drawings, specifications, and quality assurance standards for assembly• Perform basic troubleshooting of complex assemblies and assembly tools• Adhere to lot traceability and inventory practices• May be assigned tasks related to Fit-for-Use, Shelf Life, and Calibration• Perform self-audits of workstation to ensure compliance• Assist Engineering with updating routings and work instructions• Perform visual, dimensional, electrical, functional, and optical inspections• Support Operations and Repair Services in troubleshooting units• Validate calibration and qualification of build and inspection equipment
Requirements
• Undergraduate in Electrical Engineering / Trade school• 2-5 years' experience in electronics production and assembly• Strong communication skills• Proficient in electrical component soldering• Knowledge and Certification on IPC standard is a plus• Ability to follow detailed processing sheets and interpret electrical schematics• Keen attention to detail• Basic computer operating skills• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment• Willingness to work extra hours and potentially weekends• Must be a US Person
