Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Consultant with our company, you'll play a vital role in developing and executing digital marketing programs for small and medium-sized businesses across the nation. Collaborating closely with our radio sales representatives, you'll craft innovative strategies and ensure seamless campaign execution. Additionally, you'll serve as a knowledgeable resource for ongoing support, continuously refining strategies to drive optimal results.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess the digital marketing needs of small and medium-sized businesses.
Prepare comprehensive proposals and support sales representatives in presenting strategies and services.
Lead digital marketing training sessions for radio sales representatives, covering topics such as display advertising, video/OTT/CTV advertising, PPC search engine marketing, SEO, social media advertising, web design, email marketing, and online marketing best practices.
Analyze marketing reports and recommend strategic adjustments as needed.
Assist in managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Propose and implement new digital initiatives to enhance campaign performance.
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet client objectives.
Communicate processes clearly and efficiently with clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field; Sales/Marketing experience is advantageous.
2 to 5 years of digital marketing experience, including proficiency in search engine marketing, Facebook advertising, and programmatic campaigns.
Previous experience in managing client relationships within a high-volume environment is preferred.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
