Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Customer Success Manager to join our team at GrubHub in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services. You will work closely with our sales, product, and support teams to understand customer needs, provide solutions, and drive customer retention and growth.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their business needs and goals- Proactively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide timely solutions- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to drive revenue growth- Develop and implement strategic account plans to optimize customer success and retention- Provide regular updates and reports on customer engagement and success metrics- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success strategies

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Creativity and strategic planning abilities- Proven track record of driving customer retention and growth- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Experience with CRM software and customer success tools- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
