Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking and independent Customer Service Representative to join our team at GitLab in Columbus, Ohio. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat2. Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner3. Providing product information and guidance to customers4. Processing orders and returns5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions7. Continuously researching and staying up-to-date on our products and services8. Adapting to evolving business needs and processes9. Contributing to a positive and energetic work environment10. Meeting or exceeding customer service goals and objectives

Requirements:1. 1 year of relevant customer service experience2. Strong research skills3. Ability to adapt to changing situations quickly4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software6. High school diploma or equivalent7. Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment8. Must be detail-oriented and organized9. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
