Humana is seeking a motivated and hardworking Customer Care Officer to join our team in San Diego, California. This is a part-time role that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.2. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.3.
