Closing Pt Foh (Cashier/Bagger/Customer Service)

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a PT Closing Cashier/Bagger/Customer Service. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately processing transactions, and ensuring a smooth closing process.
Looking for applicants that are available any time between 2pm and 10pm.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.
- Efficiently and accurately handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring that the register is balanced at the end of the shift.
- Bag and package customers' purchases with care to prevent any damage to items.
- Process returns and exchanges following company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to confidently assist customers and make appropriate recommendations
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
