Job Description:
News Corp. is seeking a passionate and hardworking Client Support Officer to join our team in a full-time remote work position based in San Francisco, California. As an Associate level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in client support or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:1. Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and escalate customer feedback as needed.3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.4. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.5. Stay informed about company products and services to effectively assist clients with their needs.6. Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a similar role.3. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.4. Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and delivering high levels of satisfaction.5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.7.
