Job Description:
NVR is seeking a talented Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat support to our clients and partners. Your main goal will be to ensure that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively, ultimately contributing to our overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information about products and services- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction- Collaborate with colleagues to improve overall customer service experience- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving skills- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment- Confidence in dealing with customers- Adaptability to learn new processes and technologies
