Chat Support Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:

UiPath is seeking a motivated and energetic Chat Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through chat, helping customers resolve any issues they may have with our products. This is a work-from-home position based in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via chat- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner- Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues- Provide product information and guidance to customers- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Work closely with the product development team to identify and report product issues- Continuously update knowledge of our products and services to better assist customers

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving skills- Hardworking and energetic personality- Innovative mindset and time management skills- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency with technology and online chat platforms
