Job Description:
Genuine Parts is seeking a highly experienced Call Center Manager to join our team. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in call center management and possess the necessary skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of call center representatives to ensure outstanding customer service- Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations and efficiency- Monitor call center performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures- Conduct regular training sessions to keep team members up-to-date on best practices and industry trends- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to help them reach their full potential
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 8+ years of experience in call center management- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in MS Office and call center software- Reliable and driven personality traits- Strong planning and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
