We are currently seeking a full-time Business Process Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on comprehending assigned business processes and collaborating with business stakeholders and the IT department to enhance and automate processes, thereby enhancing reliability while minimizing costs and effort.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a primary objective of automating processes using cutting-edge technology.
- Conduct meetings with business leaders to map current and future process flows.
- Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements and insights necessary for process reengineering.
- Evaluate current business processes against industry best practices and recommend necessary changes.
- Anticipate future directions of business areas and suggest new processes or opportunities to support desired outcomes.
- Develop and execute test plans and scripts in coordination with the Quality Assurance team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead project management activities during the planning and requirement-gathering phases.
- Engage in project team activities related to enterprise systems.
- Cultivate productive relationships with technology staff, business owners, sponsors, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure project completion in accordance with organizational standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to all organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
- Utilize various software and technology tools effectively to fulfill job responsibilities.
- Work independently to accomplish assigned tasks and duties.
Qualifications:
- Possess 3+ years of expertise in Financial Management, Asset Management, or Request Management across projects of varying sizes and subject matters.
- Demonstrate exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Additional beneficial skills include experience with Enterprise Business Solutions, particularly SAP projects, and familiarity with ITIL/ITSM practices and methodologies.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft ADO Testing Module.
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or information systems.
- Business Process Analysis Certification.
- Equivalent combinations of education and/or experience may be considered.
