Responsibilities
• Engage with capability leaders, business leaders, and stakeholders• Evaluate and challenge existing global capability cost structure• Partner with KII capability leaders to understand and forecast internal billings• Record and allocate SG&A across KES businesses• Contribute to monthly forecasting and annual planning processes• Develop informative and transparent reporting for leadership• Drive transformation by challenging historical practices• Partner with internal KES/KII capabilities for data analytics• Advance Principle Based Management culture• Apply and reinforce Our Values and frameworks
Requirements
• Progressive experience in Accounting or Finance roles• Proven ability to communicate and present financial results• Ability to form strategic partnerships and work with management• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities• Experience with data analytics tools• 5 or more years of combined experience in Accounting and Analyst roles
