Job Description:

Plains GP Holdings is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This role will be remote, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.2. Assist clients with account inquiries, issues, and complaints, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.3. Collaborate with the sales team to support account management, including order processing, invoicing, and follow-up.4. Conduct research to identify potential new business opportunities and provide insights to the sales team.5. Use creativity and problem-solving skills to develop solutions for client needs and challenges.6. Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.7. Work closely with the marketing team to promote products and services to existing clients.

Requirements:1. Energetic and driven personality with a strong work ethic.2. Excellent research skills and the ability to think creatively to solve problems.3. Previous experience in a customer service or account support role.4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
