Responsibilities
• Serve as the voice of Mission Lane via live customer phone calls in a virtual call center environment.• Approach customers who have fallen behind on payment with dignity and respect, and help them improve their financial health by negotiating payment or settlement plans.• Make a real difference in the lives of people working hard to build or rebuild their credit.
Requirements
• 1+ year(s) customer service experience in any industry.• Sales or negotiation experience, or the ability to speak persuasively.• Curious, use good judgment, and can quickly process situations to find solutions.• Great listener and find it easy to connect with others and build rapport.• Stay calm during conflict and recover quickly from difficult conversations.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software.• Growth-minded, a fast learner, and use constructive feedback to learn and improve.• Adept at handling change and enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
